Reseting your password

If you ever forget your password the only way we can authenticate you, is by resetting your password via your email address. This means, without your email, once you get locked out of your account you will no longer be able to access it.

Additionally in the unlikely event your account is compromised, your email will be the best way to regain control of your account, as it will allow you to reset your password.
